eq999 Terms & Conditions — Bangladesh Players Agreement

To register and use an eq999 account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise lawfully permitted to access online gaming services.
• You must register using accurate and truthful personal information, including a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by eq999 or any associated responsible gaming programme.

eq999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit identity documents — including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification — before withdrawal requests are processed. eq999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including at initial registration. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by eq999 may result in account restriction or closure. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with the eq999 Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your eq999 account. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. You agree to:

In the event of account closure due to a breach of Terms, any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play may be voided. • Money laundering or any attempt to use eq999 as a vehicle for the processing of illicit funds.
• Collusion with other players in any casino game or sports betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings generated by exploiting a known or suspected glitch will be voided.

The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or circumstances beyond eq999's reasonable control, including (but not limited to) internet service disruptions, power outages, or acts of nature. eq999 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience suffered by a player as a result of Platform unavailability, provided that eq999 has taken reasonable steps to minimise such downtime and has communicated scheduled maintenance in advance where practicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eq999's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. eq999 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from a player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings resulting from technical errors where those errors have been corrected in a timely manner and the player has been notified.

eq999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, eq999 will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. Where reasonably practicable, eq999 will provide advance notice of significant changes via the Platform or by email to the address registered to your account. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players who have a complaint or dispute relating to their eq999 account or any transaction are encouraged to contact eq999 support in the first instance at [email protected]. eq999 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
